The resorts include lots of fun activities. Love water sports? You can enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, glass bottom boats and more! On land, enjoy croquet, yoga, bocce ball, and bowling at Lovers Lanes! There are many pools, including the rooftop pool of the Sky Terrace. 

Below are some stand-out events. We'll be updating this itinerary as we get closer and can make reservations, and as we discover various people's interests. If there's something you'd like to do please let us know!

Arrival

We're asking that guests plan to arrive in Barbados and check-in on Saturday, July 1st or at the latest Sunday, July 2nd. If you're traveling from the West Coast, this will likely mean beginning your travel by Friday. If you're using our contract (which we encourage!) the earliest we can offer arrival is Saturday, July 1st.

We'll be arriving a few days early to get settled in and make sure everything's arranged before the big day. 

Saturday, July 1st

Bryan and Kelly will be at the resort, hopefully relaxing, and would love to say hello when you get in. Please feel free to reach out when you arrive!


5:30pm - To kick off the wedding celebration, we'll be hosting a welcome party on the beach! Join us for drinks and appetizers on the beach in front of Royal Barbados.

Sunday, July 2nd

TBD - Wedding party rehearsal. We're still working with the resort to figure out exactly when this will be, but we anticipate it'll be sometime Sunday late-morning or early afternoon.

3:00 PM - Join us for a private Catamaran Cruise by Island Routes! Meeting location TBD. We'll be cruising along the azure blues of Barbados, taking a stop to snorkel and swim with Sea Turtles. Hor d'oeuvres and drinks provided! Expected return time is ~6 PM. Bring a towel!

Monday, July 3rd

The big day! We'll be spending most of the day getting prepared, but we look forward to seeing everyone at the main event.


5:00 PM - The ceremony will begin at the Sky Terrace

5:30 PM - Cocktails served at the Royal Barbados Croquet Lawn

6:00 PM - Dinner & Dancing on the lawn

Tuesday, July 4th - Thursday, July 6th

We're going to collect information from all guests to try and set up some organized tours. Please let us know which ones you're interested in, and we'll set things up!

Outside of those organized events, we plan to take advantage of the resorts amenities. To name a few:


Friday, July 7th

We'll hate to do it, but after what we expect to be the most memorable week of our lives we'll say our goodbyes and head back to San Jose.
